I. Returns

We hope you love the products you purchased, as we created them with great care for your enjoyment!

You may return the product you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date, provided it has not been opened, used, or damaged. Before returning the product, please email your reason for return along with the invoice number and order number to info@blackribbon.com.tr or, if you purchased through our website, submit a request using the Return and Cancellation Form.

Once we receive your email or form, our company will contact you immediately to inform you of the return procedure. The invoice issued in your name must be included with the returned product. You can choose to receive a replacement product or a refund credited back to your credit card. Return shipping costs will be covered by you.

II. Products Damaged During Shipping

Products damaged during shipping should not be accepted. Please ensure the shipping company prepares a damage report. Products should not be returned for minor dents or scratches on the packaging that do not affect the product itself. However, once you accept the product, it is considered that the shipping company has fulfilled its responsibility.

After you send the damage report to our store, we will ensure a replacement product is sent to you in perfect condition as soon as possible.

III. Defective Products

If you notice defects in the product after delivery that were not apparent at the time of receipt, please send an email to info@blackribbon.com.tr with the defect details, invoice number, and order number. If your return request is approved, you must send the defective product along with the invoice back to us. The defective product will then be replaced with a new one. Return shipping costs will be covered by you.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

  1. For products purchased on our website, submit a request through the Cancellation and Return Form by entering your order number.

  2. Place the invoice and the products you wish to return in a bag or box similar to the one used for your original shipment.

  3. Write our receiver company code (461 525 267) on the package. You can deliver your return package to any Yurtiçi Kargo branch.

  4. Once we receive your returned product, your refund will be processed to the credit card used for the purchase within 3 business days.
