You can transfer funds to any of our accounts (in TL) at Akbank, Finansbank, Garanti Bank, Türkiye İş Bankası, or Yapı Kredi Bank.Via Credit Cards on Our Website
You can make a single payment online or take advantage of installment options available through Akbank for any type of credit card. The payment amount will be charged to your credit card upon order completion. In case of a potential order cancellation or stock issues, refunds to your credit card will be processed within 3 business days.Order Refunds
In the event of order cancellations for any reason, BLACK RIBBON TEKSTİL TASARIM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ will refund the product amount to your bank account and/or credit card within 3 business days. However, you must provide accurate and complete bank account and/or credit card information to our finance team.Delivery
We strive to ship the products you order on the same day. For items requiring additional preparation time, the shipping timeframe is indicated as 3 business days in the product details. If there is a potential delay, we will notify
you. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the address where you will be available during the day as your delivery address. Your orders will be processed based on the delivery method you select at checkout. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped via YURTİÇİ, SÜRAT, MNG KARGO, or ARAS KARGO. Orders are handed over to the shipping company within 2 (two) business days at the latest after order confirmation. For different delivery conditions, you can consult our customer service team. Note that deliveries are only available within Turkey.
Payment Tracking
If the system encounters any issue that prevents the transaction, the visitor is notified at the payment page. In the case of an error with the specified address that prevents delivery, we will contact the customer who placed the order. The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed through an automatic email sent after the order is processed. Our responsibility lies not only with ensuring delivery to the customer but also in adhering to the credit card system requirements of our partnering bank.
Please Note!
If you suspect damage to your package during shipment, please inspect it in the presence of the courier representative before accepting it. If you believe the product is damaged, ask the courier to prepare a damage report and do not accept the package. Once the product is accepted, it is assumed that the shipping company has fulfilled its duties correctly.
If the product is damaged:
Send the damage report to 0212 221 26 19 via fax and inform us by emailing info@blackribbon.com.tr. Once these steps are completed, we will begin processing your case and ensure a replacement delivery as soon as possible. If you can briefly explain the reason for the return in your email, it will assist us in resolving the issue more efficiently.
